H/W-S/W Co-Verification in ATM

This paper presents a verification strategy for the hardware-software interface of a large ATM switch. The complexity of such a system and the requirements are discussed. A modeling strategy based on software emulation is presented which will allow for the functional verification of the interface prior to lab samples being available, resulting in reduced system integration times.

Exploiting h!W W Decays at the Upgraded Fermilab Tevatron

We study the observability of a Standard Model-like Higgs boson at an upgraded Fermilab Tevatron via the mode h ! W W . We perform detector level simulations for the gg ! h ! W W ! ` ̀ and q q ! W h ! W W W ! ` ` jj channels. We nd that with a c. m. energy of 2 TeV and an integrated luminosity of 30 fb 1 the signal should be observable at a 3 level or better for the mass range of 145 GeV < mh < ...

Supersymmetry through CP violation in H ± → W ± h 0

The CP violating asymmetry between the partial decay rates of H + → W + h 0 and H − → W − h 0 is calculated at one-loop level in MSSM with complex parameters. The dependence on the phases of A τ and M 1 is discussed. Different values of tan β are considered. The asymmetry is up to the order of 10 −2 .
